The world of aquariums is a stunning and fascinating one. There are so many different fish and aquatic plants that will help you create some very cool setups.

However, before you can begin choosing your fish and plants, you need the right tank. Some people like the idea of having a large tank.

This article will discuss a very large and very durable acrylic fish tank from SeaClear.

SeaClear Acrylic Aquarium Combo Set

The SeaClear Acrylic Aquarium Combo Set is a sizeable 50-gallon acrylic fish tank with a couple of small extras.

We do want to stress that this is an expensive fish tank, but as they say, you get what you pay for, and here you get long-lasting quality.

Who is This Product For?

The SeaClear Acrylic Aquarium Combo Set is for people who want to create a relatively large and diverse aquarium setup.

After all, this is a 50-gallon tank, so it has quite a bit of space, and you should be able to create quite a cool community.

Of course, seeing as this is a relatively expensive product, it is designed for people who have the money to invest in their fishkeeping hobby.

What’s Included?

When you purchase the SeaClear Acrylic Aquarium Combo Set, you get a 50-gallon aquarium made of glass.

With your purchase, you also get a reflector for the rear of the tank, as well as a 24-inch light fixture for illumination.

Overview of Features

First off, one of the most notable features is that this aquarium is made of acrylic.

Some people may appreciate the more refined look of glass tanks, but we think acrylic is incredible. This is because acrylic does not chip, crack, or shatter nearly as easily as glass.

Moreover, a glass tank of the same size would weigh at least twice as much as this acrylic model.

What is cool about this tank is that it is totally rimless, so you don’t have any black lines obstructing your interior view.

While the main tank we are reviewing today is 50 gallons and rectangular, other sizes and shapes are available. You can get a 15-, 20-, 26-, 29-, 30-, 40-, and 46-gallon tank, and these can be either rectangular or hexagonal in shape.

Also important to note is that there is a reflector for the tank’s rear, something that improves your view of the back half of the tank, plus it helps make the tank appear even more spacious than it already is.

Finally, you also get a 24-inch light fixture to provide some illumination but keep in mind that the bulb is not included.

When it comes down to it, seeing as this is only a fish tank, there is not too much that you need to know about it.

However, that said, there is quite a bit that you need to know about setting up and maintaining a fish tank.

Below, we have included some tutorial videos on various aquarium setup topics, just to get you on the right track.

There’s no point in trying to deny that this is a costly fish tank. Moreover, it doesn’t come with a filter or other extras besides the light; the tank itself is enormous.
